Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order delivery date.

How to Start a Return:

1. Access your account at https://account.louandbird.com to start your return.
2. Once approved, I'll provide return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exclusions:

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
